Conjugate antibody to cell surface in minutes

Based on our CellFace™ conjugate technology platform, we utilize fucosyltransferases (Fuc T) to transfer antibodies to the surface of living cells in minutes. This one-step approach developed by scientist team is a fast, simple, and cost-effective technique for cell surface engineering. Using this method, any antibody formats can be introduced to the cell surface without genetic modification of the host cells.

Antibody Labeling Efficiency Analysis

We use confocal microscope to examine the surface labeling efficiency of antibodies. This high-resolution instrument has the ability to image specific cell types and can be used with a variety of fluorescently conjugated antibodies, making it very attractive for antibody localization.

Antibody-dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) Analysis

One of the important mechanisms for antibody drugs to kill target tumor cells is antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). To determine the CAC activity against specified target cell lines, Creative Biolabs performs ADCC assays to characterize target cell lysis in vivo and in vitro. The lysis of target cells is assesed through:

  • LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) assay
  • FACS screening
  • ATP release

Antibody - Antigen Binding Analysis

With the help of experienced scientists, our antibody binding assays is performed based on the following techniques:

  • Conventional ELISA
  • Flow cytometryg
  • Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)/ Octet Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) (recommended): give real-time unlabeled full kinetic analysis, and able to report affinity constants (KD) associated with detailed or "on" rates (Ka), dissociation rates (Kd) and/or "closed" rates.
