Creative Biolabs is excited to greet you at the upcoming international conferences. Meet our team at the 13th Annual World ADC San Diego and the 13th Annual World Multispecific Summit in September (booth number to be updated) for expert consultation on your drug discovery. Shoot an email to arrange an in-person meeting!
Cell-based therapies have revealed distinctive therapeutic potential in the field of cancer immunotherapy. Therefore, modifying cells and manipulating their functions to achieve the desired treatment has become a major interest in the field of biomedical research. Although CAR-T based genetic modification is a powerful tool, its application is limited due to the permanent modification of cells. Alternatively, Creative Biolabs has developed an innovative method - CellFace™ conjugate technology, the most advanced cell surface engineering technology. This fast and simple technology allows for a stable conjugation of any biomolecule, especially macromolecules (proteins, antibodies) on the cell surface, while maintaining the cell viability.
Creative Biolabs offers hundreds of quality-controlled cell lines, including cancer cell lines with different disease states, immune cell lines, stem cells from multiple sources, and control cell lines. All cell lines have been validated and are free from mycoplasma, and undesirable cells and foreign factors such as bacteria, fungi, viruses. Before your project launches, you can consult our scientists and they will help you determine which cell line is best for your research.

For antibody product, Creative Biolabs also provides professional custom antibody engineering services. Multiple antibody format are avalible, including: Fab, scFv, tribody, bispecific antibody, VHH, minibody, etc. In additon, we also provide antibody labeling service for further CAC analysis.
Conjugate antibody to cell surface in minutes
Based on our CellFace™ conjugate technology platform, we utilize fucosyltransferases (Fuc T) to transfer antibodies to the surface of living cells in minutes. This one-step approach developed by scientist team is a fast, simple, and cost-effective technique for cell surface engineering. Using this method, any antibody formats can be introduced to the cell surface without genetic modification of the host cells.
Notably, in addtion to antibody protien conjugates, other proteins can also be introduced to the cell surface including but not limit to：
Analyze antibody labeling efficiency and anti-tumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo
Creative Biolabs provides a full set of cell-antibody conjugate characterization services including:
We use confocal microscope to examine the surface labeling efficiency of antibodies. This high-resolution instrument has the ability to image specific cell types and can be used with a variety of fluorescently conjugated antibodies, making it very attractive for antibody localization.

One of the important mechanisms for antibody drugs to kill target tumor cells is antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). To determine the CAC activity against specified target cell lines, Creative Biolabs performs ADCC assays to characterize target cell lysis in vivo and in vitro. The lysis of target cells is assesed through:
