Inquiry
With the advent of advanced optical imaging technology, understanding of the regulation and function of cell surface proteins has rapidly progressed. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of cell surface protein regulation mechanisms and their functions, it is necessary to monitor its interaction with surrounding cell membrane components (such as other proteins and lipids) and cell-to-cell interactions. Creative Biolabs has developed a 'one-step' cell-fluorescent conjugate technology that allows for observing cell structure and processes in real time and over time. This technology delivers more reliable and relevant information than traditional fluorescent labeling technology.
Whether you are new to cell imaging or want to confirm your knowledge, Creative Biolabs is capable of leveraging our best expertise to advance your research. Our one-stop cell-fluorescent protein conjugate servic ensures to deliver relible cell imaging and trackig information!
01
Cell line and fluorescent protein preparation
Creative Biolabs conjugates a broad group of classic fluorescent markers, including fluorescein, rhodamine, Texas red, and phycoerythrin (RPE). All fluorescent conjugates are optimized for excellent absorption (high extinction coefficient), high fluorescence quantum yield and excellent high photostability. Choosing the right fluorescent protein depends on your experimental purpose and available excitation wavelengths in your lab. If you still have questions, just consult our technical team for help.
02
'One-step In Minutes'
Based on our CellFace™ conjugate technology platform, we utilize fucosyltransferases (Fuc T) to transfer fluorescent protein to the surface of living cells in minutes. This one-step approach developed by scientist team is a fast, simple, and cost-effective technique for cell surface engineering. In this way, any fluorescein protein can be tightly introduced onto the cell surface without affecting host cell activity.
