Fluorescent Protein Preparation

Creative Biolabs conjugates a broad group of classic fluorescent markers, including fluorescein, rhodamine, Texas red, CyDyes™, and phycoerythrin (RPE). All fluorescent conjugates are optimized for excellent absorption (high extinction coefficient), high fluorescence quantum yield and excellent high photostability. Conjugation

'One-step In Minutes'

Based on our CellFace™ conjugate technology platform, we utilize fucosyltransferases (Fuc T) to transfer fluorescent protein to the surface of living cells in minutes. This one-step approach developed by scientist team is a fast, simple, and cost-effective technique for cell surface engineering. In this way, any fluorescein protein can be tightly introduced onto the cell surface without affecting host cell activity.
